Stacey is the Administrative Specialist for the Ready! for Kindergarten Project. She works closely with the Project Director to coordinate the administrative needs of the Ready! for Kindergarten and Sharing Stories Projects. She has worked in education for 15+ years in various roles. She was a substitute teacher and then taught high school for 5 years. She then moved to middle school as an all-school tutor, supporting students and teachers in a more one-on-one capacity. She was also an EDGE Coach, working with students with executive function deficiencies and helping them to succeed both in and out of the classroom. Her most recent position was as an Elementary School Secretary. She graduated from the University of Washington where she double majored in English and History.
