Rebecca Lemmons came to the Saint Alphonsus Health System in 2017 and serves as the Regional Manager of Community Health and Well-Being across Idaho and Oregon. She worked for more than ten years for the State of Idaho in both the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare's Division of Public Health, and the Central District Health Department's Division of Community and Environmental Health as a Policy Analyst. She also served as the Director of Community Impact at the United Way of Treasure Valley. Rebecca has a strong background in leading community assessments, strategic planning, public health policy, and grant management. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and English from the College of Idaho, and a Master's in Health Sciences from Boise State University. She serves on the board of Idaho Voices for Children, conducts policy scans, and develops policy agendas for local nonprofit organizations with her volunteer time. When not advocating for policies, systems, and environmental changes, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children and taking naps whenever they let her.
