In 2022, Gallup measured employee retention and attraction as well as employee perceptions of their current job climate in order to support organizations in keeping and attracting top talent. 

What was discovered through this study is that employee's are looking for flexibility in their work. As employers look to retain and attract talent, it is important to understand more about what employees are looking for in a job. Organizations can utilize these finding and relate them to their own culture to create a framework supporting their pursuit to recruit and maintain top talent.
