The Quality and Equity Program Specialist will manage similar program duties in support of the IdahoSTARS Steps to Quality (STQ) program and the expanding equity work of the IdahoSTARS Project. This individual will work internally with quality and equity systems and data, project-wide with IdahoSTARS team members working in child care facilities across the state, and statewide with and on behalf of a wide range of home and center-based child care providers.
