John joined the IdahoSTARS project in 2023 as Customer Support Coordinator.  His role in supervising the Customer Support Specialist Team is to provide responsive and engaging customer support, ensuring all communications with internal and external partners demonstrate the highest level of customer service.

John is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Psychology.  He and his wife, Tamara, have two young children- Charlotte & Abigail.  John and his family enjoy travel, spending time in the great outdoors and family time.
